Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Airlinez, a peer-to-peer price-prediction game operated by Atheling LLC ("Airlinez", "we", "us"). By accessing the site or playing a game, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for determining whether use of Airlinez is lawful where you live. See our Jurisdictions page for restricted regions.

3. Accounts & wallets

You may sign up with an email or connect an external wallet. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and wallet keys. Airlinez cannot recover lost seed phrases or private keys.

4. Gameplay & prize pools

Players buy in with USDC on Arbitrum. Predictions are scored against Chainlink price feeds. Prize pools are held in a smart contract and auto-distributed on game completion. Once a prediction is confirmed, it cannot be modified or refunded.

5. Fees

Airlinez takes a 2.5% platform fee from each prize pool. Blockchain network fees (gas) are the player's responsibility.

6. Conduct

You agree not to: use bots or automated prediction tools, collude with other players to fix outcomes, attempt to manipulate oracle prices, or access the service from a restricted jurisdiction.

7. Assumption of risk

Airlinez is a game of skill played for real money. You may lose your buy-in. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Smart-contract and oracle risks exist and are disclosed in our docs.

8. Intellectual property

All Airlinez branding, pixel-art assets, and software are owned by Atheling LLC. You retain no rights in cosmetic items beyond their in-game use.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. On-chain balances remain yours and recoverable via your connected wallet.

10. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Airlinez disclaims all warranties and limits liability to amounts paid in platform fees in the twelve months prior to a claim.

11. Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration, except where prohibited.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the site and via email to registered users.
