1. Overview
Airlinez is available in most countries, but some jurisdictions restrict real-money skill-based games. If you access the service from a restricted region, your account may be blocked from buy-ins.
2. Restricted regions
Based on current legal analysis, Airlinez gameplay is not available to users accessing from:
- United States (pending state-by-state review)
- United Kingdom (gambling licence pending)
- France
- Singapore
- China, Hong Kong, Macau
- Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Russia (sanctioned)
- Any jurisdiction subject to OFAC sanctions
Spectator mode and marketing content remain available in most of these regions. Buy-ins do not.
3. Identity checks
We may ask for identity verification (KYC) for large prize pools or suspicious activity. KYC is handled by a third-party provider; we do not store ID documents on our servers.
4. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation is lawful where you live. Airlinez is not liable for violations of local law.
5. VPNs & proxies
Using a VPN or proxy to circumvent regional restrictions is a breach of our Terms and may result in account termination and forfeiture of off-chain balances.
