1. What we collect
Email address (for email sign-ups), wallet address, device and browser metadata, gameplay data (rooms joined, predictions drawn, scores), and support correspondence.
2. Why we collect it
To run games, settle prize pools, prevent abuse, improve the product, and comply with applicable law.
3. On-chain data
Wallet addresses, buy-ins, and payouts are recorded on Arbitrum and are publicly visible by design. We cannot delete or modify on-chain records.
4. Third parties
We use Privy (auth & embedded wallets), Chainlink (price feeds), and standard hosting and analytics providers. Each has its own privacy practices, linked from our docs.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and minimal analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage. You can disable non-essential cookies from the cookie banner.
6. Retention
We retain off-chain account data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period for legal and dispute-resolution purposes.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise them. Note: on-chain data cannot be deleted.
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect personal data in transit and at rest. No system is perfect — protect your wallet keys.
9. Children
Airlinez is not for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. Changes
Material updates will be posted here and, where appropriate, emailed.
